By downloading or using Ice Focus ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Ice Focus is a visual focus timer that displays melting ice synchronized to 25, 30, or 60-minute sessions. Its refreeze ritual, local history, streaks, and collectible ice are designed to support focused work.
Access requires an auto-renewing yearly subscription. The localized price and any introductory offer are shown in the App before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when confirmed. The subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Existing monthly subscribers retain access while their subscription remains active.
Futuron Inc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
All content in Ice Focus, including but not limited to videos, graphics, and code, is owned by Futuron Inc and protected by copyright law.
Ice Focus is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Futuron Inc does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futuron Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
